There is a silver or white label on bottom of the steamer that shows the MODEL, SERIAL NUMBER, and on some units a DATE CODE. See examples to the right. There are five possible Steamfast brand models (SF-425, SF-435, SF-440, SF-445, and SF-447), one Sharper Image brand model (SI-428), and one Vornado brand model (VS-410), as shown above. Please determine which MODEL you have and select from the drop-down list below.

PERMANENTLY DISABLE YOUR PRODUCT

Disabling your product is mandatory to receive your remedy (refund or replacement). It allows us to verify that the product cannot be accidentally used or resold, and allows us to process your remedy as quickly as possible
