Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the returns process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’re not satisfied with your Steamfast product, let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right. We proudly stand behind our products with a 2 Year Warranty to the original owner against material and workmanship defects, from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Steamfast will replace the product at no cost.

1. Contact Us

To initiate a warranty claim contact us via phone, chat or email. Or click the button below.

2. Prepare Shipment

After a Return Authorization (RA) is issued, you will receive a FedEx prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and affix to the return shipment.

3. Ship Package

When your package is ready to ship, simply drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pick via FedEx.com.
