Safety Recall - Handheld Garment Steamers

As always, the safety of our customers is our absolute priority.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) and Health Canada, Vornado is voluntarily recalling the Handheld Garment Steamers shown below because the steamers can expel hot water from the steam nozzle while heating or during use, posing a serious burn hazard to consumers.

The following models are recalled:
Steamfast Model SF-425 (4 oz), SF-440 (6.1 oz), SF-435 (7 oz, multiple colors), SF-445 (11.4 oz), and SF-447 (11.4oz)

Sharper Image Model SI-428 (4oz) and Vornado Model VS-410 (5.6oz)

If you have a recalled unit, we ask that you please stop use immediately and follow the steps described below to participate in the recall for a refund or replacement depending on model.

To participate in the recall and receive a refund or free replacement, depending on model, you must register online.  Do not return your product to the store where purchased.
